What do you need as a parent?

Parents who have filed an objection or appeal often have to wait a long time for their objection to be dealt with. In response to the advice of the Van Dam committee, UHT now has new options to help parents faster.Here are the steps we are taking:

• We'll be happy to call you as soon as possible after the appeal has been filed to see what you need.
• We will have a hearing with you and/or your representative. Then we'll answer all your questions.
• You decide on the content yourself. This way, you can avoid a long appeal procedure. A settlement agreement prevents these lengthy legal proceedings.
• You can also resolve your objection through mediation. Then we will also immediately include any additional damage.
• And if you want, we will deal with the objection substantively, with or without the independent Appeals Advisory Committee.
• In an appeal procedure, an agreement can be reached before, during or after the court hearing before a ruling is reached.
