Unfortunately, the results are not what we were hoping for.For the VNG, an important goal was to help the (most) affected residents faster and better. In particular, by broadening the municipal role to include that of a direct point of contact. Unfortunately, the latter goal is not being achieved, because UHT cannot share all the necessary data with the municipalities and linking UHT (Personal Case Handlers) employees to municipalities is not possible. The review has therefore not resulted in the big, fundamental solution, but reviewing the recovery process again and carefully has led to some measures that should improve the recovery process for parents.
