The survivor scheme is there to ensure that the allowance partner and children of the deceased applicant can continue with help and support. This arrangement also applies to the relatives of deceased children.

The scheme for survivors focuses on 2 situations:

• The claimant for the childcare allowance has died
• A child of affected parents has died

Preliminary planning

We will contact you personally. On April 22, 2024, we started with the relatives of deceased children. The relatives of childcare allowance applicants will follow after the summer.
