There is also a proposal for problems with other surcharges: housing allowance, care allowance and child-related budget. The arrangements will most likely only be implemented in 2022.

  15. A first group of parents can expect a personal letter apologising from the cabinet in the coming weeks. The letter comes with an official statement. It states that affected parents are not fraudsters with childcare allowance.

  9.
