Update #3 on removing SGH recovery route execution blocks

This update is for everyone - and especially those who already participated in SGH with an Integral Assessment below 30K in the Pilot.

In recent weeks, we have also always shared both your signals and those from our own operation with the ministry. With the aim of resolving the execution blockages as quickly as possible. Because we can and want to carry out our working recovery method only as it was developed and intended. The principles of self-direction, trust, neutrality and collectivity are not negotiable for us. They are the basis of equivalent recovery.

The priorities of participant conditions are being discussed with the ministry.

In addition, last week, to our great surprise, it turned out that the Ministry of Finance/UHT suddenly stopped sending acceptance letters to Narrators with an IB under 30k who registered during the Pilot. The ministry informed us that it would not carry out an external check without an acceptance letter. We have pointed out to the ministry in writing that this is contrary to the agreements in the Service Agreement (DVO). We have not received a response from the ministry to this yet.

Our Damage Analysts will contact the Pilot Parents in this regard and sympathize intensely with everyone. Just like the unilateral termination of the pilot in May 2024, this unilateral action by the ministry also brings a lot of unrest and uncertainty to Narrators and within our SGH organization.

We cannot predict when we can indicate that this new situation, as well as the aforementioned implementation barriers, have been removed exactly. We are concerned about our overcapacity that is emerging, as well as the thousands of Listening Writers waiting to be matched with a Narrator. We are considering what we can do to resolve all of this as quickly as possible. We would have loved to give you a more positive message. The urgency is great. Know that we really won't give up, no matter how slow it is.
