Once again, I highlighted the perverse financial incentives in the current collection system.

At the moment, it pays more to litigate quickly than to help people. The most vulnerable people bear the brunt of this.

That has to be different. It's great that the sector itself is also thinking about how things could be better so that fewer people end up in a web of debt.

I will continue to address this in the coming Parliamentary term.
