Surcharges Questionnaire

To improve psychosocial care for victims of the benefits affair, their children and loved ones, the Ministry of Finance wants to set up a place. This is why ARQ National Psychotrauma Center and Diversion are conducting a study. This research is about your experiences with psychosocial help regarding the consequences of the benefits affair and your wishes and needs. Part of the research is a questionnaire. It is completely anonymous and takes about 5 minutes to complete.
