First Meeting of Duped Entrepreneurs & Supplements/FSV/SMES (GOT) on March 25, 2026

On March 25, 2026, the First Meeting of Dupted Entrepreneurs Supplements/FSV/SMES will take place in Hooglanderveen. Entrepreneurs have also been wrongly treated as fraudsters

Through a petition in the House of Representatives of the States General on March 17, 2026, they drew attention to this. Member of Parliament Inge van Dijk has realized that with a delegation from the Interest Group GOT, within two weeks, there will be a conversation with the two state secretaries of the Ministry of Finance will take place.

PETITION PRESENTED TO CHAIRMAN OF THE FINANCE COMMITTEE

There is a lot going on:

📣 the comprehensive recovery operation does not provide solutions to the problems that exist;

📣 mediation projects and VSOs are not successful. This is because the damage is not included;

📣 entrepreneurs have been part of CAF studies;

📣 CAF1 plus at least 591 more companies were attacked;

📣 entrepreneurs are forced to sign a “deminimis scheme” because there is so-called a maximum amount for “state aid”.

Attention is also paid to selection based on origin, the use of the FSV lists among entrepreneurs, and the way in which start-up visits work. The Blue (SME) department accelerated bankruptcies. Municipalities purchased institutions from their registrations. There was cooperation with the police and GGD. All with the aim of getting “system fraudsters” out of business as quickly as possible, “pulling the trigger”.

Bankrupt by the State
